Straight answers so the health-check call can skip the basics and go straight to your specific stack.
Can we buy just one service, or do we have to buy everything?+
You can buy one, but most engagements end up covering the full surface because a single service in isolation usually misses the adjacent controls that make it work. The free health check identifies the minimum set that actually solves your problem — sometimes that's one service, sometimes it's six.
How do you price this? I don't see pricing tiers.+
We price every engagement custom because we do the whole job, not line items. Our proposals are fixed-fee per month with a documented scope. Most SMB clients land between $2,500 and $15,000 per month; the proposal says exactly what's in scope and what isn't.
What if we already have a security vendor — do we have to switch?+
No. We co-exist with your current stack where it makes sense and replace the parts that aren't performing. The health check produces a vendor-consolidation analysis; sometimes the answer is to keep your current EDR and add monitoring around it rather than rip-and-replace.
Can you integrate with our existing tools (M365, Slack, Jira, our CRM)?+
Yes. Our stack assumes you already have M365 or Google Workspace, a ticketing system, and a CRM — we plug into those via SSO, webhook, or API rather than making you switch. The goal is fewer tools, not one more.
How fast can we get started?+
The health check happens within a week of your outreach. Actual onboarding, depending on stack complexity, runs 2–4 weeks. We project-manage the transition from your current provider end to end — your team stays focused on business.
We’re already with an MSP. Is switching actually worth the disruption?+
Most of our clients came from another MSP. We scope the switch during your free health check — contract overlap, data migration, knowledge transfer, runbook handoff — and project-manage the handoff so your team doesn't feel it. If the math doesn't work, we say so.
